Since 1994, Anita has been a Lake Norman area top producing, full time Real Estate professional. She is well connected in the area, and has the necessary skills to provide the highest level of expertise and service for any home buyer or seller. Anita has a degree in Economics, and prior to Real Estate Brokerage was a Residential Mortgage Originator. Having a son graduate from Davidson Day School, Anita also understands a parent's desire to find the perfect school environment for their child. Putting her client’s needs first has given Anita a solid reputation as a caring and trusted Real Estate Adviser.
